Brief Description of the material in the website:	In this book for the optimisation of assembly conveyor lines we are dealing with series part production featured by a medium complexity degree and a medium number of individual components and assembly technique alternatives. Modern production techniques for medium to large series products or mass production usually involve assembly conveyor lines. The aim is to have monotonous and similar in type operations or such causing fatigue, stress and production traumas, gradually replaced by automated assembly cycles, means and techniques. Assembly alternatives involving automation, and mechanization  programmable and adaptive control have been in addition analyzed.

	With this type of website, students can download eBooks for their subjects like Robotics.	Not all students have gadgets that support eBooks.

At this digital era where technology is the bedrock of education, classroom must integrate technology in its teaching learning process. My FS experience is very informative as a future teacher. The technology used inside the class which is observed is very appropriate for the subject matter which is circuit matter. The teacher uses the internet thereby drawing the interest of the learners.

I also learn that learning is the discovery of personal meaning and relevance of ideas. As a future teacher, I will only facilitate my learners and they are the one who will give the meaning of a concept. Just like for example, my topic is all about the leaf of a plant. I will let them have field trip outside the classroom to observe the leaf of a plant. I will guide them and I will demonstrate first and give some information about the leaf and its parts after that, they will give their own meaning or understanding about the leaf and its parts. Learning is gradual it’s because it is by stages or levels so as a future teacher someday I must extend my patience. 

To be good teacher someday I must have passion to both my work and to my students, I must have also humor in a way that has connection to the topic, also values and attitude, fairness, sincerity and honesty, and professionalism.

When I observed the learning resources center at Xavier University. I roamed around first and observed the resources and materials available / useful for my topic. Some resources that were available seem to be useful for my chosen topic which was MECHATRONICS and they are appropriate for  my students. The materials that were available in the learning resources such as chalkboard, whiteboards, books, power point presentation, photocopies, pictures, visual aids and laboratory trainers. I choose those several learning resources because for my topic because I believe that it can help me achieve my lesson objectives and to maximize learning inside the classroom.

Brief Description of Teaching  Approach Used by the Teacher: Direct instruction (lecture) - this method can cover large amount of materials/instruction in a short period of time. Brain based (laboratory) - this method of teaching involves the students in real-life or authentic problem solving just like what they are doing in their laboratory class

OBSERVATON REPORT:

          I went around the vicinity of the Center and I saw only two Bulletin Board Displays located from the lobby of building A and at the Registrar office. I selected the bulletin board in the lobby . The contents found are the communications information from the University president, Director of the Center and  Student Council. There are no misspelled words used in the display, the messages are simple, clear, precise and consistent, the colors and designs are not that good but always suit the interest and age of the students.

Evaluation:
	STRENGTHS	WEAKNESSES
Observations:	Student-Teacher can see their past and previous achievements during the University Activities from the Presidents Column, Centers Activities from the Directors Column, Council Activities from the Student Councils Column and lastly the general information.	The board displays aren’t that attractive due to the colors and decorations being used. There are fewer pictures posted.
Judgments / Evaluation of educational content and other aspects:	The Display Board is simple and not that attractive to all. But it has full of information posted from the President of the University down to the general information.	Not so colorful compared to the other bulletin board. The information posted is not updated especially the general information column.
Recommendations or Suggestions for improvement:  The personnel in charge should make it more attractive by using colorful indigenous materials, and clear picture. All information should be updated weekly.

My Analysis

Did the display design reflect the likes/interest of its target audience? Why? Why not?

Yes, because the bulletin board display is neat and simple. Also it can promote and facilitates the individuals’ discovery of the personal meaning or idea thru the information posted on it.

Was the language used clear and simple for the target audience to understand? Why? Why not?

Yes, the language used was clear and simple. It can be easily understood by the students and teachers that read the information trying to convey. It can encourage the students and teachers to interact in the learning process.

What do you think was the purpose of the board display? Was it effective? Why? Why not?

The purpose of the bulletin board display was to convey or introduced information from the University President down to the Student councils information presented. The boards are usually designed as an instructional device that can carry a message without the presence of a teacher. And also to gives general information for motivation to students and teachers in the learning process.

What suggestions can you make?

The bulletin board should be more attractive by using colorful indigenous materials, and clear picture. All information should be updated weekly.

Content Resources (Name each needed resource and give each a brief description):          1.       Layout of the bulletin board are arrange properly.          2.       Text & font style-stylistic several of a font such as italic, underline, bold and so on.          3.       Image template-image styling is available for easily dressing up the visuals.

Materials for aesthetic enhancement:          1.       The material for my bulletin board is a cork board for easy posting.          2.       Cover the surface with a solid colored bulletin board paper or fabric in neutral color.          3.       The Bulletin board should be covered with glass and secured with a lock so that the information                posted will not be easily lost or damaged.

My Reflections

1. Name at least five skills that a teacher should have to be able to come up with effective board displays. Elaborate on why each skill is needed.

A. Artistic - Being artistic teacher will help you come up with an effective board display. You know how to make simple ideas more meaningful or catchy in the eyes of students.

B. Creative - He must know how to create his own design through his unique ideas.

C. Imaginative - In a way that he may able to look for a unique ways or ideas in order to come up with an effective board display.

D. Organizational skills - This includes comparing and contrasting, grouping, and arranging content in a meaningful way.

E. Open-minded - It is very important that the teacher must be open-minded because every time his students will share ideas he is always ready to listen to it.

2. Which of the skills do you already have? Recall your past experiences in making board displays. How do you practice these skills?

               

                If I can remember correctly back in my high school days we were assigned to make bulletin boards for our class. I think I have almost all the skill make a bulletin board. I just need more practice.

3. Which skills do you still need to develop/ what concrete steps will you take on how you can improve on or acquire these skills.

                What I want to improve is creativity. Creativity is very important because it is closely tied with higher order thinking skills. If I have this kind of skill. I can create and be a new knowledge or a new product for me. Also it is a kind of skill that lead to a new insights, fresh perspectives, and whole new ways of understanding. To developed this skill, I should have an understanding of existing knowledge to know what I am contributing something new to this body of knowledge and I should have passion to learn more about creativity.
